One stop platform for citizens to seek the redressal of their grievances
Aaple Sarkar app provides a one stop platform for citizens to seek the redressal of their grievances. The grievances can be filed with -
a) District administrations (Collector/Zilla Parishad/Police/Municipal corporations) if they are related to the working of Village/Taluka/District level offices
b) Mantralaya level (Departments) if they are related to policy or working of Mantralaya departments
The app can be used to
- Post Grievances: Grievances/Complaints can be filed under appropriate category and a token number will be provided for the same
- Track Grievances: Track the status of grievances posted by you
- Provide resolution feedback: Provide your feedback once your grievance is resolved
The app also provides links to the "Right to Information" and "MyGov" portals of the Maharashtra government.
