Starting the DLC gives you a key to begin, because you couldn't start the thing without it. You can get this key by heading directly down from the Prie Dieus seen on the video below in Street of Wakes, and heading right. You'll need to interact with the large grate on the floor, which will introduce you to the main thread you'll be following in the DLC. You'll be told to collect the key from one of the clay men stood nearby.

You'll first want to head left, back the way you came, and into the Mausoleum itself. From there, explore around a little to see what you can discover, or follow the video to get straight to the key. Speak to the Clay Lady and listen to her (pretty understandable) woes, and she'll hand off the second key to you.

Either way, your third key/door is here! And, it's in a new area, too. Bear in mind, you'll first need to nab yourself the ' Broken Step ' ability, new from the DLC, to be able to walk over the silver platforms.
To start with, you'll actually want to jump to the teleport room in Choir of Thorns instead of heading for a Prie Dieus. The one in the base game is significantly closer than any Prie Dieus, so it's in your best interests to get to the new stuff. Make sure when you're getting close to the key door that you remember to hit the green pot on the left, which I show off in the video. I mention this specifically because, in my own run, I lost my marbles because I simply didn't see it. Spent a good twenty minutes trying to figure out if I'd missed something. My perception is lacking to say the least.
This key is actually really easy to grab, as there'll only be a few enemies to face along the way, and the key room itself is incredibly short. Nice way to wrap things up if you're grabbing this last. Assuming you don't totally suck at platforming like I do, anyway.

Whichever key you end up getting last will be a unique item , called the Ceramic Key . Once you've got this item, you're free to progress to the final door, which is all the way back in the Icebound Mausoleum .
The final 'mud door' (surely there's a better name for them) is back in Icebound Mausoleum, as mentioned just now. You'll need to head all the way to the very bottom of the dungeon, which is quite the journey indeed. You'll first be facing off against one of the new bosses before you can even reach the door, and as you'd expect, it's one hell of a fight. Real bullet hell-y.
Once you've sorted the boss out, continue on towards the right from the boss room, and you'll see a far cleaner, less muddy looking door. That's the place to be, and that's all you'll need from the mud keys.
