What's New in the Latest Version 1.8

- Fix the reading always show 'N.A.'
- Remove 3 hr PSI Reading due to NEA not supplying this information
- Remove the color change based on 3 hr PSI Reading. Only 24 Hr PSI (Region) still retain the color change
